I am known as the Flame-Haired Scholar, a Scholar Practitioner and Mental Wellness Strategist who researches mental health, positive and negative emotional responses in clinical practitioners, with focus on preventative interventions.
I also research maternal health and the factors that impact the mental wellness of working mothers. I provide keynote speaking, workshops, and training services for companies, organizations, agencies, schools, universities, and churches on a spectrum of mental wellness topics.
My mission is to spread the message of mental wellness through my workshops, courses, teachings, books, and speaking events, and to see true transformation occur.
